Cancelling a Plan
You can cancel your subscription anytime. On cancelling your subscription, you will lose access to the plan features and any active forms will be disabled at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for time remaining in your access period.
For automated subscriptions, you can find the due date for the next payment charge on your account page by scrolling to the end of the page, under the section titled "Billing". For non automated payments ( deprecated now ), you will see a "Valid Till" line in your plan section that indicates the time left in your subscription period.
To Cancel your plan, click on "My Account" from the top navigation bar. Then Click on Change or Cancel Subscription Button Under the plan section on your account page
If your payments are automated, you would see a screen as shown by the following image. Click on cancel and confirm your cancellation. Your plan will be cancelled, but you can access the site till the end of your billing period. Your forms will be reactivated if you resubscribe to a plan. Make sure that your usage (views and orders) is less than what is allowed for the plan, else your account would stay deactivated.
